We love Sayote and I personally believe one way or another, we had our share of Sayote back in College (especially when you’re running low on food supply, hehe).

Can I be a contributor? (sali ako!)
YES! First of all, you have to be an alumnus of UP Baguio (or UP College Baguio, back then) in order to be a contributor to Sayote Republic. Click here to register and for details on sending your first post.

What can I write about?
Here are some guidelines on topics to write about for contributions to Sayote Republic.

• What are the things you miss most about UP Baguio?
• Where did you hang out most in Baguio?
• Have you been back in Baguio lately? If so, what are your impressions of the city?
• Who were your favorite teachers/instructors in UP Baguio?
• How did your UP Baguio education and background help you in your life pursuits?
• What are your reflections of the current Filipino society? What role does a UP alumnus play in all of these?
• Whether you are presently based abroad or in the Philippines, please describe the place where you are living now. What are the reasons for settling there?
• If you travel frequently, what are the places you like most and why?

How often do I need to post?
As often as you want. Of course, we do encourage posting more often.
